Your first day starts the day of arrival, regardless of arrival time. We do not charge for the last day if you pick up your pet before the check out time at 1pm (just like a motel). On Sundays, check out time is extended to 2:00 p.m. If your pet leaves after check out time, but prior to closing time, you will be charged the late check out fee (not another nightly fee).
Extra Exercise
An additional time out in an exercise yard in the middle of the day is available for $6.00.
Your dog will enjoy one-on-one attention from one of our staff and enjoy playing in one of our large grassy yards (in the summer, we even have wading pools for extra fun in the sun). If chasing a ball or other toy is not appropriate given your pet's physical condition, we will take your pet out to the yard to walk and enjoy some exercise or you may request that the playtime be spent sitting, petting, and chatting with your dog or even giving his/her coat a nice brushing.
If there are 2 dogs from 1 family going out for playtime together, we charge according to the number of playtimes. Additional dogs or those requiring two kennel staff to handle will be charged an additional playtime rate.
There will be no charge for up to 2 medications (by mouth or topical) 2 times a day.
